Outdoor humorist. Indoor humorist. But doorways might be his forte.
Thought for the day:
"I have read that in extreme survival situations, anglers have been
able to use jewelry to catch fish. With these earrings, I believe it.
Fortunately, diamonds just don’t seem to flutter enough."
This outdoor humor writer has been featured in Outdoor Oklahoma, Oklahoma Today, and Pennsylvania Angler and Boater.

His interview by Chase Rheam of the Stillwater NewsPress:
http://www.stwnewspress.com/local/x1221299187/Andy-Whitcomb-shares-humor-knowledge-in-statewide-magazine
Recognized as an influential outdoor writer, he was invited to speak
on story-telling at the 100th meeting of the Association of Fish and
Wildlife Agencies.
In January 2012, he will be giving a lecture at Oklahoma State University about why recreational fisherman fish.
"Just keep reeling" was a line uttered by a shirtless deckhand during his first saltwater adventure. For the full story, "Crotching Shark, Hidden Fulcrum" can be found under "Articles".
